Suddenly There Is No Instrument Panel Light & Buzzer

Hi friends

Today They worked fine .

Replaced the fuse of the electric windows . tonight i went for a small ride , and found out there is no instrument panel light , and no buzzer when doors are open with light on.

what went wrong?

Ok got it ? Fuse number 13 - 5 amp
