Gti-6 Conversion Specialist

Dear all,

After much research on this forum, I have decided to go the way of the gti-6 conversion on my fast road 1.9gti. I've decided on the following spec:

Gti-6 engine with PAS upgrade using a 205 PAS rack

Custom manifold and twin box system (as quiet as poss but keeping spare under car)

Xsara 5 speed box

Tranx lsd on lightest settings

 

Thing is, i'd need to find a specialist to do the work for me and I'd really appreciate some recommendations. I'm based near manchester but I'm happy to travel.

Bit of a trek but I have had people travel further than that (Even Europe),

 

Tran X have been sold off so it's now 3J Driveline (Old Tran X Staff) which I'm helping get the BE diff's finished for Jan

 

As I always say is find a complete car to donate the parts from, Unless the engine's £50.00 or from a handful of trustworthy people expect a out of the car engine would need at least the head checking before fitment and yiou know everything will be there from Unlocked ECU, complete Loom, Brakes, PAS Parts to name a few

Whip down to Miles and on the way stop by me in Somerset and collect my 77k engine for £350, ECU, Brakes etc etc to take to Miles
