Supplier Of Mi16 Piston Rings

The rings I have in the box of 'Mi16 rebuild parts' I bought a while back have turned to to actually be 1.9 8v rings...

So I phoned up my local peugeot dealer earlier for a quote on a set of rings and they want £41+vat - per piston!

 

Is there anywhere I can get them cheaper than that? Nearly £200 seems an awful lot for a set of rings.

I've had a quick look through all 20 pages but can't find any details of where you got them from, other than there are also NPR and PVD rings available?

As 9-3725-00 83mm x 1.5 x 1.5 are cheaper, by at least a third.

I searched those prices, looks like they are from QEP who are no longer trading.

 

Ended up ordering some from fw thorntons in shrewsbury, £104 +vat which is a lot more reasonable than peugeot!

A certain Fiat takes the same ring package. No idea which one however.

Crumbs, i got rings from south wales pistons for my rfs for £50.
