Turbo 'nobble' Clearance 2.0

Recommended Posts

Anton green

I noticed really quite close to the steering UJ is a protruding knob on the turbo of the 2.0

Has anybody cut off their nobble for clearance / heat damage prevention? Any reason why this shouldn't be done or are there any alternatives? I'm currently running an extended lower mount fork btw...

My engine mounts are uprated too, so I guess that would be +1 for, "It's ok, monitor it at some point down the line"...
