1.9 Engine Wiring

Hi there I've taken on my brothers 205 and I have put a 1.9 in there as the 1.6 had blown.

The engine was already out so I have the 1.9 in but am unsure where any of the wiring goes.

Any help would be very much appreciated

What year 205?

 

Most of the engine wiring will only fit to one place, assuming the loom hasn't been seperated.

 

Have you got the engine back in place & routed the loom around it?

 

Only easy cross connections are the oil pressure sensor & low oil pressure switch (next to each other on front of block), coolant temp sender & high coolant warning switch (both at back of thermostat housing) & SAD with coolant temp sensor.

 

CTS should have a blue two pin plug & SAD a black two pin.
