Recommended Posts

i bought a year ago a 405, becouse i always loved the touring car races wich it batlled in, and now my dream is to make a look a like of the car that competed the 94-95 belgian procar championship

the base is an 405 sri with a 2.0 l 8V engine, i dont wanted to destroy a genuine MI16

Looked good lowered onto the white wheels.

The 406 in the background looks meaty, what engine is in that?

the white wheels are Azev A powder coated in white, my 406 is just an 1800 16V  its my daily ride, and runs on gas, so verry cheap :D

the doors and bumpers are exchanged with my little sisters car, she has bought a new car and now im changing al my bad parts...becuase they are al dented

this was the start : dsc03294b.jpg

and this is the result for now :

Hello,

the 405 looks very good with the "touring-car" wheels.

How much inch do the have? 18?

Nice project.

Your red CTI is very beautyfull - I´ve seen it in Schweinfurth.

Best regards,

Dirk

hi dirk, I've seen (understatement; adored !) your 205 also in schweinfurt ( = peugeot mekka) !

the rims are 17inch TSW, on the real touring cars they where 18 inch with modified arches...

my sisters car has been dropped of with the peugeot dealer where she picked up here new 308cc...

looked like this :

Hi,

Thanks.

A lower 405 looks everytime fantastic.

Ohh, your TSW wheels looks bigger then 17.

I´ve 18 inch for my 405 project - but I didn´t testet it with tyres.

I hope there is enough space...the time will show.

Best regards,

Dirk

Can anyone tell me the manufacturer / type´/ dimensions of the alloys on this picture??

Looking for some rims for my MI16X4 project and those fit the bill as it we're.

I think they might be Azev type A but I'm not sure

Hi Wesley!

Would you be interested in the wide front arches and a touringcar front bumper? I'm currently talking with a friend concerning these but to start a small production he needs some some orders.
