Intermittent Miss At Idle

OK, been driving my Pug for a week now, so far put on new plugs, cap rotor and wires. These parts were not genuine Pug parts, but Beck Arnly parts. Occasionally at idle the car will start to miss. I blip the throttle and it goes away and does not come back for a while, then it will miss again. I cleaned the idle air control valve last night, but is there anything else I might be missing? Also put in a bottle of fuel injector cleaner. Any thoughts on this guys, thanks for the help,
