Will A 106 1.4 Xsi Gearbox Fit 205 Xs?

Hi, I've just been offered a 106 1.4 XSi G Box.

 

Will it fit in place of an XS gearbox and are the ratio's similar?

Isn't the 1.4xsi a tu engine? Pretty sure they're all interchangeable, bit like the be3 and all the xu series engines

yes i'd say the gearbox will fit as a xsi engine is a tu3f i believe

 

just the ratios i am not sure about however this site may help
