Hesitation/intermittent Power 8V Turbo

Hope someone can shed some light. I have a 405 Sri turbo in my 205. Sometimes pulls sometimes doesn't. Changed idle control valve. Changed throttle position sensor. Changed turbo. bypassed boost controll. Fuel or ecu maybe?

Well if nobody can shed some light on the situation I'll have to, but thought I'd try the vast knowledge of this first.
