1.4 Gearbox

Can anyone tell me how much gear oil to put in a 1.4 tu gearbox.

Hi bud, just open the top plug on the outside end of the gearbox (passenger wheel side) and top it up until the oil starts streaming out, that means that you've reached the oil level for the gearbox.

 

If your draining and refilling, open the bottom plug and leave to drain, close it once empty, and then do the above.
