The common culprit is the rear window seals, they shrink with age and let water into the rear footwell and seat area. If you remove them you can place them in hot water to stretch them back out a bit and then silicone them back in place, did the trick on mine!

Thanks a lot . will give it a try

would it be the same cause of a water leak also from the front?

there is a small "stream" falling next to the firewall (from inside of course) right to the gas paddle

?

That sounds like a leaking heater matrix, it would be a good idea to remove the stereo ASAP as it will be getting drenched if the heater is leaking.

it cant surely be the heater matrix! i had the same problem you descriped.

I got a set of drivers and passagers door seals and boot seals.

fitted the lot, on my inpection of the boot seal, which i just yanked off... bad idea dont do that take it off carefully.... you i will see a Black plastic trim fixed to the top lip of your boot, if its not there check it isnt stuck in the seal, take alook at it and refit it it should just clip on easyily mine was the wrong way round and somehow screwed to the headlining. which i can only imagen a DIY monkey had done.

Once i fitted it properly its didnt leak i guess the plastic must aid the seal or it was fitted incorrectly and causing gaps in the seal.

doesnt cost you a penny and worth a try to just take the boot seal off and inpect it!

Should be able to source a replacement off any 205 you can find!

If not im sure someone will have one knocking about on here.

Just make sure you fit it right otherwise it will still leak.

Well , started today looking again for the problems , and found out that the water drain pipes on the back , starting from the back of the sunroof , till they reach the back of the car (behind rear wheels) are blocked! wow , u won't believe the amount of muddy water

came out of there.. now it's ok i hope..

still some small amount of water still shows here and there..
