One has to leave the story like that, or one could incriminate oneself.

But I can say that I switched his fog lights off and he didn't switch them back on while we were in the gridlock :)

I'm picturing you smashing his head into the dashboard until the lights went off.

Nothing worse than following turkeys with fog lights on in the rain :(

The worst fog light offence is when drivers decide to put their fog lights on in crawling traffic. Happend today, d**khead in front decided he needed his lights on, even though everbody was traveling @ 5-10mph bumper to bumper and you could see 100+ meters - what's the freaking point, if not just to annoy the driver behind.

Why do I use mine? So anyone half asleep in lane 3 in the fog hopefully sees me before parking in my back seat. Modern factory "fog" lights are next to f-all use when it gets really pea soup-y so personally it's little more than a flag to see I'm there.

When fog clears they go off, simple. And they do cut out when ignition switched off too so I can have no excuse for leaving them on at all. Fogs irritate me less than people using main beam everywhere - that's just plain selfish.
