The K&N filter I have is huge! So i'm going to move the battery into the boot and have the filter where the battery was, as above. Didn't realise actually how little space there is in there.

The correct GTi6 K&N is much smaller.

It's a generic 3" one, didn't realise it would be so chunky. Ah well, battery could do with being in the boot anyway I suppose...

Here is a picture of my gti6, sorry no fancy paint, its a rally car ! Have completed 4 rallys with this engine so far. Nice and simple, no unwanted clutter and loads of space. No spacers or penny washers in here. Ecu in car.
