Oil One Way Valve In Gti6 Head

Does anyone know how to remove the one way valve that is in the oil feed to the head? I need to restrict the flow of oil for solid lifters and it's not obvious.

iirc you need a long drift and insert it ghrough s hole in a cam bearing
