Are your top mounts in different positions? Few pictures back it looks like they are not set correctly?

they are now, didnt set up anything until it needed to be driven.

ok, so turned out it was a mix of a badly made crank sensor bracket / a faulty crank sensor... well done meeeee.

 

so CMM'ed the side cover on the engine, and designed a bracket, got it CNC'ed.

 

tapped what I needed to, back bolted up ok

 

and so did the rest of it

 

need shiny new bolts but nevermind...

 

then did the tracking on it

 

All good. It revs fine now, ready to go back down to t&r to finish the top end of the cal.

 

starts so quick, good old track n road... and not bad from a 1kg batter

Ok, finished mapping. All working again.

 

 

 

 

I wont say how much power it made, all I'll say is it makes a really good drivable car beca... lmfao, nah I not really. It made 146.3bhp and 125.3lblf. Curve is really nice. Not bad from a shagged ebay engine that had had a melted valve in its head.

 

Here is the curve after greenald finished with it.

 

 

Got a couple of videos I think, ill sort them tomorrow.
