Xu10J4Rs (Gti6) Oil Pump Sprocket

Just looking on servicebox for the oil pump sprocket for a GTI6 engine (XU10J4RS) engine. I've looked under both categories of 306 and the part number comes up the same: 051378 (item 2)

Has the early design been replaced with the later design? I don't want to order the same sprocket I have already, I can't find the chain part number but i'll have a look in another category see if it comes up. *Edit* found it 103310

Also it shows the rubber seal on the later picture (item 20) Is this needed? I'm most likely going to order it any way for piece of mind.

I believe the earlier sleeve and pinion type has been replaced by the later sleeved pinion. All for the better and totally interchangable. A mod I normally do.

Just wanted to see if someone has actually ordered one and can confirm this.

But by judging that both part numbers are the same for early and late, looks like it's been replaced with the later version.
