Jenvey Tps Values

Recommended Posts

After being told my tps was faulty I've been out testing it today and can find no issue !

When the throttle is shut what should the resistance be ? Should it be as low as I can get it by means of turning the tps on the side of the bodies ?

Should the resistance only be at maximum when the throttle is fully pushed down. I.E not when 3/4 pushed down ?

Hope some of this makes sense !!

The values that the TPS should give out should rise and fall in a linear fashion with the position of the pedal. LIke you said, peak values should be found at full throttle.

Make sure the values change smoothly and not in fits and bursts!
