Checking If An Ecu Works

Trying to puzzle through wiring up a loom and I'm not 100% sure my ECU is okay - if I feed 12V via a transformer through to pins 5 (earth) and 18 (battery positive) on a 2-row ECU, should I expect to see various voltages if I test all the connections?

 

Brain's a bit fried at the mo - me and a mate have been at the loom since this morning and haven't really got anywhere!
