asdf205 0 Posted July 25, 2010 Thursday night it rained properly for the first time since i have had my 205. I got in the car friday morning and saw a bit of water on the passangers floor mat and thought there must of been a small leak from the sunroof. I then noticed there was some water dripping from the glovebox. Anyway i turned the key and the heaters started blowing fully (baring in mind the heaters never worked since i had the car i thought this was a bit strange). I drove the few miles to work no problem. At lunchtime i went out to the car to see if the heaters were still stuck on and they were so i removed the fuse and that was that. When it came to driving home from work the car turned over and wouldnt start. I tried this a few times and nothing. I went back to the car yesterday to try again and i have noticed i cant hear the fuel pump working. How would i go about fixing this? Has the water damaged anything important? harryskid 193 Posted July 25, 2010 Did you try it with the fuse back in?
large 33 Posted July 26, 2010 As above but the heater motor should be off fuse 2 and the fuel pump if off fuse 14. I think thats the number the last one is the fuel pump.
