Vts Box Clarification, Thankyou Please

just lining up a three way deal with tom and damien for a vts box for my vts engine.

 

i currently have a be1 with an mi push clutch fitted.

 

as i see it i will need to:

 

change clutch release fork. and thrust bearing??? (going from be1 to be3??) how is this done anyway?

change selector arm.

change diff for my 205 one.

change cable for be3 one

change pedal for be3 one

 

source a speed sensor to get the speedo running as i understand the vts is electrical?

 

i have been searching for a while and the above is what i came up with, i would just like some clarification from someone who has done it although im sure tom will help me out no end.
