shed_racing 0 Posted April 28, 2010 Evening all, In taking out the glass sliding sunroof to freshen up the dull metal rails, I had to unscrew the interior sunroof handle (the one that fixes throught the glass; two screws up in the handle, through the glass to flat-domed captive nuts on the outside of the glass sunroof). It was then that I realised that the pikey see-you-next-tuesday that I bought the car from had cattled one of the nuts that sit on the outside and cunningly replaced it with a blind grommet. One main stealer call later, and I'm getting a bit concerned, as I can't seem to get one anywhere, as they are NLA. The main stealer suggested using one approximately seven times the size (ok, so a bit of exaggerstion for effect) as employed to hold on the rear quarter light glass; similar principle, but far too big. Has anyone got any ideas or even has one they might want to lose ? Thanks gents.
