Mi16 Thermostat Stuck Open?

Drove to Manchester and back at the weekend and noticed that while sat on the motorway the water temp seemed quite low, pic attached shows what the gauge was indicating

 

 

Engine also seems to take a while to get up to temp, think the thermostat might be stuck open...

 

What sort of temps should I be seeing when the engines up to temp? Would have thought with the 89 degree stat on the MI it should be sat almost vertical on the gauge?

 

Also assuming it needs replacing, anyone know where's best to get the 2 stage MI stat from.
