Got this last month. Was going to build a Mi16 205 but this was a lot cheaper and already built B)

The Spec List

 

2.5 v6 from a cavalier with 3.0 v6 cams

Chipped ECU

5 Stud conversion

v6 brakes all round on Greenstuff pads

Braided brake lines all round

AVO front Coilovers

GAZ Gold Rear coilovers

Full roll cage

Lightened

Wheels from a cavalier turbo l

OMP Steeringwheel

Custom exhaust

Astra digital dash conversion

Battery re-located to the boot

Sunroof removed and replaced with carbon fibre panel.

 

I know it won't be to some peoples tastes but what do you all think?

wow thats my mates old nova from somerset. has changed a bit since he broke it. i'll try and get some pics for you. it was a 1.6 on carbs when he built it.

It handles ok to be fair. The torque is unreal it's already on it's second gearbox since I had it it gives a lot of other cars a showing up. It does need some work as I want it looking like a standard Nova GSi. The pug gti handles well better. But I love it ;)

Thanks for those pics mate I have now found out the 4 owners through forums etc. I know it has had 2 v6s, 2.0 16v on carbs and I pressume the engine in those pics is the standard GSi?

 

If you can find any info from him or documents or anything could you let me know ;)

don't think it was the standard engine as he bought it as a silver shell and built it up from scratch. im sure it had a red top in it before he bought it. i will direct him to this thread and he can pass on all his pics and info to you.

There is a feature on sleeper cars this month in Redline Magazine featuring some ordinary cars that would show up a supercar or 2.
