Xu9j4 Top Water Hose / Plastic Thermostat Housing

My plastic output part of the thermostat housing is distorted and so will not seal.

 

Does anyone know the part number for the black plastic version that fits the XU9J4 but

only has one output for the top radiator hose? Not sure what model these came from?

 

Also, is there a difference between the thermostats that take two seals and the ones which

have one seal that fits around them? Mine is an alloy boddied housing.

Will an 8v thermostat front cover / elbow with one hose outlet fit a mi16?

yes it does, but you have to take care of the extra pipe.

use the metal one as these seems to be common problem happen to my old mi and i sourced a bit from breakers off a 1.9 gti housing much better to do away with plastic when it comes to running hot water through it
