Quick 1, Vtr Manifold On Xs?

i have acses to cutting and welding services. is it possible to fit the vtr manifold? i know theres sumthin with goin ouver the subframe. n e ideas? the rallye manifolds on ebay are a bit expensive for me lol!

I'm pretty sure my mate fitted a raceland one meant for a vtr to his old Xs.

 

If I remember the only problem he had was the bracket that bolts on underneath with the gearbox bolt wouldnt quite fit so it was making the middle section blow all the time. If you can sort this then it should be fine.

If you look at the pictures you can see the problem. The 205 manifold bends up to go over the subframe whereas a VTR one doesn't.

 

The rallye manifold won't fit an XS anyway.
