Is My Actuator Duff?

The actuator on the engine i've bought has had a fair knock by the looks of things and have dented a fair bit. Would it still b useable like this or do i need a new one?

does the arm pull in and out ok? If its just a little ding to the casing its prob ok.

Easy enough to test it, just rig up a bicycle pump or similar and make sure it moves OK when you apply pressure to the pipe inlet.

footpump + football/inflatable adapter works a treat. tested my electronic boost controller with one.

It moves only the very slightest bit so i guess it needs replacing. Is it a 406/xm specific part? Wheres the best place to get one?

I think this is moving less than that, its hard to make it move as well. The wastegate opens maybe 1 or 2mm?
