rallysteve 22 Posted October 29, 2009 My 205 project shell already has seat rails welded in supposedly ready for bucket seats. There are 4 bolt holes for each seat. I have measured these holes and found the rear two holes are slightly lower and are closer together than the front ones. As i dont currently have any seats i cant compare the fit. Does anyone have a spare seat around who could take measurements of the mounting points could they? should they be in a level square? Cheers Steve
boombang 2 Posted October 29, 2009 (edited) Sorry to say but all mounts and seats vary. One seat with certain mounts may be a perfect fit, another won't be anywhere near. No major hassle to weld on some 3mm plate and redrill though. Edited October 29, 2009 by boombang
Cameron 16 Posted October 31, 2009 That isn't a problem, it's meant to be like that as bucket seats are narrower at the rear than the front.
