Engine Slightly Hesitant Between 2-2.5k

Hope someone can shed some light, engine is slightly hesitant between 2-2.5K, mostly from cold. Engines done nearly a 100K and serviced on a regular basis, dont think it ignition related could it be the MAP sensor on the way out?
