I bought the laser flaring tool from halfords, bit tricky to use and probably not the best.

Other people will be able to recommend better as thats the only tool i've used.

As for the ends, can you not buy them from your local garage?

I've just got a cheap Laser flairing kit, and whilst a bit slower than more expensive stuff, it works just fine - I've done about 3-4 complete cars with it now, plus a few odd pipes here and there.

Brake pipe unions you should be able to get from any decent motorfactor - most of the unions on a 205 are M10 x 1. Pipe you need is 3/16" for reference.

just been to Pug stealer in Watford.

Now listen to this.

I asked ( don't have a flaring tool yet) for solid brake pipe for the 306 S16 drivers side the one which goes to caliper.

I know my descriptive power is limited.

After the "expert" aks me abouit the number plate and vin number he told me "I can't help you"

I said thanx and walked away.

Is it hte same everywhere or just in Watford.

So I went to my secret shop and men told me he can make it for about £5.

I am so happy to go to main stealers.
