Tight Gear Selections

I've got a 205-6 with a BE1 box fitted and to get it in first and third is very stiff, well actually it feels like it has never engaged properly and i'm always checking. It improves when going into 3rd when moving.

I've had a look and can't see anything out of the ordinary!!

 

Are the linkages different for the BE1 & 3 or adjustable in any way that i can have a play with?

Any clues or advice would a help.

Hello! You bought some parts off me I believe the other week

 

I think it may be the selector gears on the way out/ clutch not disengaging properly.

 

Miles sells adjustable gear linkages which are spot on
