Wiring Help

Recommended Posts

vicious-monkey87

i'm hoping that somebody can tell me where two cut wires in my engine bay go!

they're from the engine side of the loom, where the brown multi-plug used to be! one is red and one is yellow and neither of them are connected to anything, the wire is quite corroded so presumably they've snapped!

i have a picture of it but i need to download the software for my phone before i can get it uploaded!

thanks in advance!

Most of the stuff thru the brown multiplug is for the gauges on the dash- so an easy way to find out is- what does not work!

If my memory serves me correctly they go to the Water Temperature sender & warning light mounted on the back of the block near the distributor...

If it's the guages, as said, it'lll be your water temp guage and warning light, so just check they work, if they don't you know why, otherwise, trace them back if you feel it necessary, but I'd think it'll be the guages
