thanks chaps, ive looked for the stenciled paint code under the bonnet but it doesnt have one!

err, gti's are cherry red....

 

 

there are several different shades, probably because they fade so badly!

Yes mate, same basic colour as the GTI's, but as said there are quite a few minor variations of it.

Cal that is the colour I've painted some bits on my car with (Rouge Vallelunga)

 

Beware of doing it in celly- some bits of mine have faded really badly in 18 months.

cheers Tom, a mate of my brothers can get 2pak in any colour (matched by code) for £40 a litre, which is a fair price i belive?

 

is that your coat or your jacket?

Sounds about on the money really, it goes quite a long way as you don't need lots of coats like you do with cellulose. Just be careful to get a proper mask.
