Bonnet Vent

Looks good, but does it actually do any venting with the water catcher in place. Be interested in seeing a close up of the under side of the vent to see how all fits together.

I think the water shield only has 3 sides on it (bottom and 2 sides) so the air can still flow through.

 

Although looking at a zoomed in pic I think its just a tray suspended under the vent?

yes, there are still gaps on 3 sides for air to get through. tried to stick some thin paper strips inside the slot of the vent, yes the air does come out from inside when the car is on the move. :lol:
