Base Ignition Timing Value Btdc

Sorry for my ignorance but need the base ignition value btdc to get my friends turbo running again,The data on the base settings has become corrupted I think his PC or lead is sodding around,Luckily the map has stayed intact ,Have done a search and also looked in the Haynes manual but all to no avail.

Just need the actual base setting BTDC to enter on the screen where you define which trigger wheel system / coil setup you use,all the advance/load map luckily is ok, Forgot to mention its the 2.0ltr XU10 turbo unit if it makes any difference,was hoping to get it running again today but will ring Dave tomorrow for the figure or copy of the original map if we cant get anywhere.
