None on the top ones.

One on the next, then two, then three on the bottom.

My 6 engine is on standard mounts, not tilted and just clears.

What about the space caused by the washer's ?

I don't want to use filler to fill it up, else that could crack then water could get inside the car, is it a good idea to use

the body sealer stuff that pug use to protect the underside from corrosion ?

Cheers

i was thinking a multi purpose clear sealer, therefore if i do need to remove it ill simply peel it off. thanks for that flix, my gti6 is also on standard mounts so ill go with that setup

yea , like window sealer, there may be better products but the stuff is about 99p a tube and should do the job of sealing it perfectly well i imagine.

I'd use something that's at least heat resistant as normal silicone wont last too long. Screwfix do a wide range of sealants that would be more appropriate.

Spot on, i was thinking the same.

It has to be a proper lasting seal where there is a lot of heat.
