What Size Is The Nut Holding The Steering Wheel On?

I have looked in Haynes and done a search but to no avail, does anyone know, I think it might be 22mm but cannot be sure.

Do I need a deep socket or will a standard one do. I remember I could not do it last time wioth the tools I had.

Standard one will do, but will need an extension to get in there.

depends on your sockets, most of my normal 1/2 drive sockets are deep enough, but if its 3/8 they may not quite reach.

 

 

its a torx bolt on a saxo+106, but a 205 wheel still fits, just had to share that :lol:;)

I used a double ended socket that is ment for the wheel bolts, extended arm brace then use the larger size, it probly is

22 but mine were 21.

For furure information, on my phase 1.5 89 F plate it is 21 mm.
