Can 1.6 Gti Brakes Fit Under 13inch Wheels?

Sorry to jump in, could I run 13" steels on a 1.9 set up what would i need to do this?

I've got six of them and I drive past a wreck every week that has 4 of them, just wish i could get the nerve up to knock on the door of the house it sits outside. I'm scared it'll belong to Fred West's brother

Will look in the garage later for offset. They look just like smaller versions of the 1.6 gti wheels with bigger holes and a hole in the middle (you can see the hub nut).

They aren't slicks, Dave's class doesn't allow slicks but they are low profile Re720's afaik.

 

Hopefully Dave will be along soon to clarify.
