in my opinion its the intake baffling if you stick a filter on the end of the chager your bound to get more wine

 

this is also the way i see it. mines quite load but the filter is directly attached to the inlet of the charger. I think decent enclosed filter and longer intake pipeing would help no end.

 

The wine is loud in my setup, kind of a radio controlled f1 car noise.... i like it but i imagine its a bit of a marmite thing.
