Sanchez 0 Posted June 12, 2009 I've been looking at the guide on the site and I've got everything to do the conversion. Is there a certain size the spade connectors have to be?

You can't buy the correct size spade connectors afaik, they need to be 5mm iirc but those you can buy from motor factors are 6mm so need filing down to fit the plug. I have since changed how I make the end of the conversion loom to use a modified connector from a scrapped 205 with the wires joined into that & its plugs straight in. http://forum.205gtidrivers.com/index.php?a...ost&id=4450 Graham.
