im in the process of doing an mi16 dimma, just wanted to know what you use to bond rear panels etc on, thanks

orite gazzer for the rear quarters i used a two part epoxy resin, ill find out the propper name for you tomorrow, its the stuff bodyshops use for putting door skins and quarters on,it sets very hard and sturdy,if you use sikoflex on the quarters its possible for the bog to crack when the shell flexes, but for the wings i used sikoflex because its cheaper and they are bolted on so wont move anyway, hope this helps and il get the name of that resin for you.

you would be in the 2.0 + class (class 4 IIRC) if you go rallying, i.e 4x4 gp a/n, WRC stuff, 2.3 L Mk1/2's, 6r4's etc!

not sure about hillclimbing, likely to be similar, that's if they even let you run as its not a 205 block.

safest bet if you want to have a chance of being competitive is to stick to N/A, either under 2.0 or under 1600, depends entirely on the regulations of the series or events you want to do with it.

Nope, it'll be subject to a 40% capacity increase with a turbo. It'll be straight into Sports Libre Classes for Hillclimbing/Sprints anyway with the iron block.
