Engine Rebuild In North West

Looking for somewhere / somebody to rebuild my 1.9 8v engine to original spec. If funds allow I might shell out for a modified head (hi-flow?). I have used skip browns for jobs recently, but they are not interested in doing a "standard" rebuild. And I can't afford their grp N build. So anyone else worth trying?

 

Any rough guesses on cost would be helpfull too.
