i have a 2.0 mi16 and was until recently (due to money problems) going to upgrade to some aggressive cams,

my question is how much of a power gain are people getting.

im running ported polished head on carbs apart from that, standard.

i really want to hit the 200bhp mark.

what are peoples opinions, really worth the £300, should i save up.

you can get decent gains from just an inlet cam, you can save quite a bit if you get a reground one from PeterT too.
