Personally if I was going to buy a rattle gun, buy a good one! Might be worth your while going on eBay and buying a second hand snapon 24v jobbie, might be expensive but will last and can be serviced/repaired by snap on.

Not spares but try people such as rallydesigns, Demon Tweeks, Peterlloydrallying (sp) or Miles from on here, one of them should be able to supply you with some SN61 nuts.

 

I'd still use a torque wrench to check tighten the nuts when you've done them up with the buzz gun but I'd undo them a turn from tight with the buzz gun before using the torque wrench just to be sure they aren't already over tightened.
