Recomendations For Inlet

I own a 205gti 1.9. Do you recommend using tb's or carbs. If so which ones

Your best bet is to do a search this has been covered many times and all the info is there to read. No one wants to say it all again. Do a thorough search and then ask some more specific questions that would be your best bet to get in depth answers.

Please don't think Matt's answer is harsh (or lazy); it's just the way this forum runs. In fact there is even at least one identical thread asking the same question, so I agree in recommending/advising a bit of searching and reading first.

 

In short the answer is ITBs are best, because they are more easily managable, providing you can afford at least an additional £1,000 to cover the cost of an aftermarket ECU (eg Emerald) and a mapping session.
