Gti6 Oil Hoses

Recommended Posts

Flix

I'm soon fitting a GTI6 engine into my 205. I bought the engine stripped of most of the hoses.

Only got one hose from next to the filter to a T piece.

Does anyone have an exploded diagram of these so I know whats missing.

Thanks.

Certainly does. Thanks.

I'm getting rid of the oil/water cooler, so it looks like I'm only missing the bit from the T piece upwards.

Where does that bit go to? Can't tell on the pic.

Perfect Graham, thanks.

I'd looked on Service box, but couldn't find it, need more practice I think.

Studied the two pics, what is the heater casing gas circuit? and is it needed?

Thanks again.

I'm not sure but from looking at the two diagrans from service box the only difference is an extra T piece in the pipes from the rocker cover, maybe its something to do with the particle filter but I think they are just on the diesels so probably not.

It'll be something to do with emissions though imo.

Graham.
