Will any other sump fit on a 205 1.9 gti XU9 lump?

 

I want to have both the trap door and also the top "tray" that prevents the oil from getting splashed by the crankshaft.

A gti-6 (or any xu10 sump I think..) sump has the trap door and will bolt straight on if you leave the spacer plate out. The "tray" is more work, but do-able, do a serch for "windage".
