Kennyb 0 Posted December 7, 2008 Anyone know the diameter of the 205 1.9 1989 exhaust (center to manifold)?? Got a 421 manifold and chopping joint to center section out....(because of crackage).......and replacing with a clamp on flexi joint......there are a few diameters so not sure which one will fit Anyone have any ideas?? DamirGTI 327 Posted December 7, 2008 Yes thats right The inside diameter will be say - 2/2.5mm for the lower 48mm pipe (roughly 45mm inside dia.) , and a little bit more like - 3/3.5mm for the big 66mm one (so around 62mm inside dia.) .. Damir Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
