The Peugeot recommended torques actually stretch the bolts which i think is bit severe, I tighten the bolts to 75 ft lbs in three stages - 25, 50 and 75 ft lbs. The tightening sequnce should be in a circle starting at the outside and working towards the centre.

I must be the opposite lol, I have a 25 strong collection, nearly exclusively PSA :D

aaanyway...

Stage 1; 20 Nm.

Fully slacken bolts.

Stage 2; 60 Nm

Stage 3; tighten through further 220 Degrees.

Tightening sequence is the same as Alloy blocks, centre rear bolt is 1, front bolt 2, then work in a circle clockwise from there.

Yep, that's what they're designed to do.
