Mi16 Inlet Manifold Gasket.

hi,

 

just got my gaskets from peugeot, and they have writing on one side, and nothing on the other, but the writing side looks flater than the other side, so im i right in thinking the writtening side faces the head, and the other side faces the inlet.

 

also how are they fitted? they are both the same, i would have thought it would have been one gasket, not 2.

 

any piccys would be great.

Whichever way they fit, the writing has nothing to do with it. The position of the bolt holes determines which way they go on.

Just as an added hint, the extra notch in the circle of the gasket is for the injector...
