1.9 Gti Randomly Started Cutting Out

got into my 205 today to pick up some things to finish my other 1, all was going well untill the drive home, going around a roundabout then turning off the car lost all power and died, as soon as i was straight again it came back to life but then immediatly died again and wouldnt restart so i got towed home. ive had a play with it and got it running but idleing badly, checked the ecu temp sender and if unpluged dies straight away, swapped airflow meters with a spare and it made no difference ,disconected sad and idled even worse, checked spark its there,got fuel, half a tanks worth, right lets try again..........pull left out of my road....dies! managed to get it to start and set off straight and its fine turn right its fine turn left again and guess wot it dies!!! help wot could it be????

tachymetric relay maybe? try swapping with a good spare

*update* had a play this evening and it started straight away?!?!?! thought id give a few wires a tug to see wot happens and the part of the loom that runs along the front of the engine behind the inlet manifold somthing was sparking against the block so im guesin this could be the cause?!?!gonna remove the manifold 2morrow and have a proper look.

stripped the engine today to find that 2 of the injector wires had rubbed through their covering and were arching out on each other!!!
